How the score is calculated
- 1. Each answer scores 0 to 100. Stronger habits score higher.
- 2. Answers are averaged within their category.
- 3. Categories are weighted using the percentages above.
- 4. The result is your score, between 0 and 100. Every past assessment is kept exactly as it was calculated.
