Your identity belongs to you

• Your first name and email address, so you have an account.
• Your assessment answers, which are multiple choice only.
• Your Digital Identity Score, category scores and score history.
• The actions you add, start, complete or dismiss.

• Passwords for any of your other services.
• Passports, driving licences or other identity documents.
• Bank details or payment card numbers.
• Access to your email, social or financial accounts.

Your records are stored in a managed, access-controlled database. Row level security means each record is bound to your account and cannot be read by anyone else's session. Any privileged operation runs on our servers, never in your browser.

We use privacy conscious product analytics to understand whether the product is useful: for example, how many people complete an assessment. Your assessment answers, score details, name and email are never sent to analytics. Session replay is switched off.

The Privacy Centre inside your account shows exactly what we hold, lets you export it as a structured file, manage your communication preferences and delete your account. Deleting your account removes your records.
